2022 *Knife Edge* Shiraz

Due to the vintage, this shiraz is probably the plushest of the 8 vintages produced from this site. Multiple pressings in different time frames helped corset the curviness and create an hourglass shape. Brine and smoked bacon fat aromas ensure that this wine speaks of the Grampians, keeping its cool climate edge.
