2025 *Constance* Pinot Gris

Story

My daughter Reed did the beautiful artwork on the label and named the wine “Constance” because she said she constantly misses me when we aren’t together. This wine is dedicated to Reed and I hope to use many more of her creations to celebrate both of our art.

Tasting Notes

Chalky and round on the palate with hints of bitterness to create some much needed tension. Another powerful example of Gris that is full and layered with floral tones. Preserved lemon and olive oil movement makes this wine linger for ages and draws you back in to unpack more.
